Neubyrne Raison D’être

Designer Martha began Neubyrne in 2015 as a hat company based in Richmond, VA. Fast-forward to 2016, Neubyrne relocated to Singapore and evolved into a lifestyle brand including clothing, shoes, and jewelry evocative of bright places and wanderlusting spaces. Through her travels, Martha connected with a production company in Vietnam that was just the platform she envisioned to merge fashion with giving back; the cornerstone that Neubyrne was founded upon.

At Neubyrne, we change it all up. We are here to bring bright and bold designs inspired by world travel from the runway to your doorstep. We hope to inspire others to reinvent themselves and embrace change…whatever that change may be.

Neubyrne launched at New York Fashion Week showcasing their Spring/Summer 2018 collection proving that vivid bold color and the label are here to stay.

Martha majored in English and minored in French at the University of the South: Sewanee. During her junior year, she studied at the Sorbonne where French classes became more of a runway showcase than a learning center. It was always all about the fashion. After Paris, it was clear fashion would be in her future.

However, her dreams of starting a fashion line crashed one week before her college graduation. The night of May 5, 2013 she was a front-seat passenger in a near fatal automobile accident. Martha sustained a severed ear, broken ribs and back, and a traumatic brain injury. After a year of rehabilitation, battling short-term memory loss and impairment of executive functions, Martha made a miraculous recovery.

Martha took this second chance to do what she loves, to communicate through a platform where she could inspire, connect, and create. Fashion became her outlet to inspire others to endure and overcome.

Neubyrne is the embodiment of her resolution to create meaningful change with this second chance by providing ethical and sustainable jobs to artisans around the world.

Neubyrne; new you.
