Our Marissa Dress is the ultimate DERBY dress. When Blair Eadie wore this dress to the Kentucky Derby she won best dressed on National news so of course we had to cut this again in our newest print. We love this shortened version in our NEU Navy Twill with Custom Rhinestone Print Poplin Ruffles. GLORIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Prepare to turn all the heads in this fabulous frock.
