Return/Exchange Policy

Please respect our exchange time period policy:  Merchandise may be exchanged or sent in for store credit (which will be sent to you via email) within 10 days of receiving the return/exchange process email sent from our customer service.
At NeuByrne, we respect and value every customer. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept returns (on select merchandise) for a full refund or exchange for a different style or size. Should you return an item that is not sent damaged or any other fault of the seller, shipping is non-refundable, and you will be refunded the price of the garment and tax only. Shipping is not part of the refund. 
 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ANY ITEM PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE (excluding welcome offer) OR ON SALE. DISCOUNTED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE IF SIZE IS AVAILABLE ONLY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
PREORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS - ALL SALES FINAL. NeuByrne does not hold inventory of preorder or custom items, they are made-to-order and are processed and manufactured exclusively at time of purchase, therefore sales are final. If you have questions about sizing for your custom order, send us an email with your measurements and we will make sure you are ordering the right size.
